Vance Bonior is emerging as a do-it-all bat for UMass
Vance Bonior’s 2026 profile screams versatility: the UMass OF/RHP has already shown pop, plate discipline, and lineup flexibility, including multiple RBI games and home-run production in conference play this season. In the 2025 season, he hit .250 with a double, 3 runs, and 2 RBI in limited at-bats, while also logging 4.2 innings on the mound with 4 strikeouts. He looks like a useful fit for a program that values two-way depth, energy, and a player who can affect games in more than one way.
