Texas Tech’s comeback righty with real swing-and-miss upside
Brady Trombello is a 6-foot-2, 187-pound sophomore RHP for Texas Tech who has already shown he can miss bats, including six strikeouts in four innings this spring and a four-inning, four-strikeout debut at Texas-Arlington in the 2024 season. He stands out for his resilience and feel: after returning from a serious head injury in the 2024 season, he has rebuilt his role and keeps flashing starter traits and reliever punch. If your team values toughness, strike-throwing upside, and a pitcher with a legit comeback story, he’s worth a close look.
