Ryan Douglas is Stonehill’s workhorse righty with starter durability and late-season bite
In the 2026 season, Ryan Douglas emerged as a steady rotation arm for Stonehill, finishing with a 4.86 ERA over 70.1 innings, 43 strikeouts, and a 5-4 record while ranking among the Skyhawks’ most used starters. He’s the kind of RHP who can take the ball, eat innings, and flash upside when he’s locating—evidenced by an 8.0-inning shutout gem against UMES and a complete-game effort versus Coppin State. The tradeoff: his season-long numbers suggest more contact than dominance, so he profiles best for teams valuing competitiveness, durability, and strike-throwing grit.
