Philadelphia guard Charity Sawyer brings size, story, and upside to La Salle
Charity Sawyer, a 5'8" guard from Philadelphia, entered La Salle as a freshman in 2025-26 and appeared in six games, with assists against West Chester and at Richmond; she’s a local, social-work major, and a 1,000-point high school scorer who was first-team all-league and her team MVP candidate all four years. The fit is obvious: she brings hometown toughness, steadiness, and guard depth, with the kind of competitive edge coaches love even when the box score stays quiet.
