Owen Arias brings loud power, speed, and a catcher’s edge
Arias profiles as a high-upside **catcher** whose appeal is his combination of **impact bat speed**, developing **power**, and enough athleticism to add value on the bases; the main question is whether his approach and consistency will catch up to the tools. For a team, he makes sense if you want a player with ceiling and energy behind the plate, but the fit is better for a staff that can tolerate some swing-and-miss while helping him sharpen his plate discipline and all-around polish.
