Rodriguez anchors Rider’s circle with veteran poise and strike-throwing efficiency
In the 2026 season, Gabi Rodriguez has been one of Rider’s most important arms, finishing with a 3.69 ERA and a 10-9 record while showing she can handle high-leverage starts for the Broncs. She also posted a 2.79 ERA in conference play, which points to a pitcher who steps up when MAAC competition tightens. Her calling card is steady command and the ability to work deep enough to keep Rider in games; she’s not just a thrower, she’s a stabilizer. Add in her decorated high-school pedigree, and she looks like a strong fit for teams valuing toughness, reliability, and competitive fire.
