Mike'L Simms brings veteran wing toughness, spacing, and downhill juice to VCU
Mike'L Simms is a 6-5, 210-pound veteran G/F who made his name as a rugged, versatile wing with real three-level scoring ability and a knack for timely threes. In the 2018-19 season at VCU, he averaged 4.7 points and 2.0 rebounds in 15.9 minutes, with a breakout showing in the Maui Invitational and a season-high 20 points against George Mason in his earlier Rams tenure. He fits best as a hard-nosed, experience-heavy connector who can stretch the floor, defend multiple spots, and bring a little old-school edge to a rotation.
