Conner Harrell wins Charlotte’s QB job after a spring of growth and consistency
Harrell enters 2026 as Charlotte’s starter after a long quarterback battle, and the key reason to care is that his value goes beyond raw passing totals: he’s shown enough growth in confidence and consistency to earn the job, and he already brings Power-5 experience from North Carolina. In the 2025 season, StatMuse credits him with 1,297 passing yards and 8 touchdowns across his college career, while his current Charlotte role suggests coaches trust his command and steadiness more than flash. He looks like a fit for a team that wants a poised, battle-tested quarterback who can stabilize an offense.
