Power-Hitting Sophomore 1B/3B for Bucknell with Elite Hand Speed and Patriot League Potential
Lleyton Coupe, a 6'2", 195-lb sophomore 1B/3B for Bucknell Bison, stands out with elite 23.6-hand-speed mechanics (max) and a 77-mph exit velocity, making him a data-driven power threat in the 2026 season. Though he lettered twice and had limited game action in 2025, his May 3, 2026 box score shows a hit and HBP, signaling growing intensity and readiness. His Phoenixville, PA roots and 2024 prep accolades (Perfect Game, Prep Baseball) reflect a high-intensity personality and strong baseball IQ. With no injury history noted and a natural fit for teams needing left-handed power at the corners, Coupe is a rising Patriot League star worth watching for 2026–2027.
