Somer Johnson brings steady two-way guard value and academic discipline to Brevard
In the 2024-25 season, Johnson appeared in 20 games for Brevard, averaging 11 minutes while contributing across the stat sheet with 29 rebounds, 21 assists, 11 steals, three blocks and 15 made field goals, including nine threes; she also earned Academic All-Conference recognition. [2] Her profile points to a low-mistake, do-everything guard who can defend, move the ball, and stretch the floor, making her a good fit for a team that values reliability, competitiveness, and off-ball IQ over high-usage scoring.
