veteran Creighton righty returning for one more run
In the 2026 season, Joe Hauser is a 6-foot-2 graduate right-hander who gives Creighton a seasoned bullpen arm with proven program familiarity and late-season trust, including a 2026 save and multiple low-leverage-to-high-leverage appearances. His recent production has been limited in volume, but the hook is experience: he chose to use his graduate year and return, suggesting competitiveness, buy-in, and a team-first mentality. The fit is best for a club needing an older, steady, right-handed relief option rather than a big innings horse.
