Nathan Roy looks like a plug-and-play left tackle for Minnesota
In the 2025 season, Nathan Roy started all 13 games for Minnesota, including 12 at left tackle and one at right tackle, and he returns for 2026 with real continuity value up front. He was recruited as a four-star, top-150 national OL prospect, and the appeal is easy to see: long frame, strong run-blocking profile, advanced hand use, and the kind of athletic pop that makes him dangerous on the move. The caution flag is that he’s still young and was tested by Power Five edge speed, but if you want upside with proven starter reps, he’s a fit.
