Mercer veteran Ethan Stair: a reliable, high-rebound guard who impacts winning
Ethan Stair is best known as a tough, steady Mercer guard who brought real production and leadership to the Bears: in the 2019-20 season he averaged 14.6 points and 9.3 rebounds per game, rare rebounding numbers for a guard, while also shooting 48% from the field and 86% at the line. Mercer described him as a catalyst for its 17-win season and “Mr. Reliable,” and he had a history of battling through injuries early in his career before becoming a dependable double-double threat. If you want a guard who competes, rebounds, and gives you mature, low-drama consistency, he fits.
