FDU’s Melquan Bolding: high-usage guard with scoring punch and rebounding edge
In the 2012-13 season, Melquan Bolding was a dependable FDU guard who averaged 12.4 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 1.7 assists in 31 games, while logging 33.8 minutes per game.[3] He stood out for his ability to shoulder a big workload, attack the glass from the guard spot, and produce efficient scoring nights when FDU needed it most, including multiple 20-point games and a 22-point, 9-rebound performance.[7] For a team, he looks like a battle-tested, high-motor perimeter player who can score and compete physically rather than just fill a box score.[1][7]
