Jeremiah Holder brings bullpen depth and strike-throwing flashes for Villanova
Holder is a right-handed reliever whose value comes from experience, versatility, and occasional leverage work, including two saves in 2026 while appearing in 21 games for Villanova. The raw line is mixed — a 6.86 ERA and 0-2 record in 19.2 innings — but he has shown enough trustworthiness to get repeated opportunities, which suggests coaches see usable stuff and composure in relief roles. For a team, he profiles as a depth piece with bullpen upside rather than an immediate frontline arm.
