Versatile Wing with Unbreakable Drive for VMI Keydets
Louis Tang, a 6-4 guard from Taiwan, stands out not just for his 3.6 PPG and 44.7% FG in the 2022-23 season, but for his transformative journey from speaking zero English to earning a D1 scholarship—a testament to his relentless intensity and adaptability. His differentiator is his 'wing versatile' playstyle, allowing him to defend multiple positions and create off-balance shots, while his personality shines through in his team-first grit (averaging 26 steals in 33 games). Though he hasn't faced major injuries, his high-energy style demands stamina; he’s a perfect fit for teams needing a resilient, multi-skilled guard who thrives under pressure and elevates teammates through sheer determination.
