Big-frame EKU QB with arm talent and upside
Colbey Lamberth is a 6-foot-4, 234-pound quarterback for Eastern Kentucky who has flashed intriguing tools, including a strong arm and enough mobility to threaten defenses as a runner. In 2024, he appeared in one game for EKU against Morehead State, and preseason reporting in 2025 described him as a young, athletic passer who was competing for first-team reps. He was also rated as a three-star recruit and the ninth-best quarterback in Tennessee out of high school, so the appeal is clear: size, arm strength, and developmental upside.
