UTSA safety Kenyan Kelly offers size, tackle production, and upside
Kenyan Kelly is a young UTSA safety with prototypical length at 6'1" and a track record of production from Denison High School, where he earned first-team all-district honors and posted 82 tackles, four tackles for loss, an interception, and two fumble recoveries in 2023. In 2024, he redshirted but did appear in the Myrtle Beach Bowl and logged a tackle, so his college sample is still small. His appeal is developmental upside: he brings physicality, pursuit effort, and special-teams-ready toughness rather than proven FBS volume, making him more of a long-term fit than an immediate stat-sheet star.[1][2][3]
