Joe D'Elia brings contact-driven depth and academic reliability to Siena’s outfield
D'Elia is a left-handed Siena outfielder who has shown he can contribute in a limited role, hitting .286 (4-for-14) with a double, RBI, and run in 13 games during the 2024 season, while also earning MAAC All-Academic and Honor Roll recognition[1]. His biggest differentiators are polish and consistency: he has a track record of making the most of sparse opportunities, he’s coming from a strong prep program at Fairfield Prep, and his multi-sport background suggests competitive toughness[1][3].
