Karley Moreland is giving North Alabama instant pop in the freshman spotlight
In the 2026 season, North Alabama freshman utility Karley Moreland has flashed real impact power, posting a .241 average with 6 home runs, 14 RBI, 19 hits, and 15 runs in 31 games, while also showing she can deliver in big moments with multiple key RBI hits and a homer in extra innings against EKU. She looks like a versatile, high-upside bat with a punchy left-side threat profile; the early takeaway is simple: if your team wants a young hitter who can bring energy, power, and room to grow, she’s a fun one to watch.
