Andrew Duncan brings pro-style tools and upside, but Duke’s freshman outfielder is still early in his college climb
In the 2026 season, Andrew Duncan has seen limited action for Duke, hitting .125 with 1 hit in 8 at-bats across 6 games, so the production is still a small sample—but his profile is the fun part: a 6-foot-2, 220-pound right-handed outfielder with national prep pedigree, plus athletic traits that scouts flagged in high school like strong exit velocity and sub-7 speed. He looks like a developmental fit for a staff that values projection, physicality, and two-way athleticism.
