North Texas’ high-IQ, big-moment lead guard
Hamlet was the engine of North Texas’ 2020-21 run, averaging 15.7 points, 4.5 assists, and 3.8 rebounds in the 2020-21 season while starting every game and setting a Conference USA Tournament record with 28 assists in one tournament; over his North Texas career he posted 15.1 points, 4.6 assists, and 87.8% free-throw shooting, which screams reliable late-game poise and playmaking. He’s valuable if you want a tough, experienced floor general who can carry offense, control tempo, and rise in pressure moments rather than just pile up empty points.
