The Bear-sized rim protector who made his mark at Northern Colorado
Connor Osborne is a 6-foot-9 center who, in the 2013-14 season, gave Northern Colorado real interior value with elite shot-blocking for the program: 28 blocks, a school Division I single-season record, while shooting .525 from the field and starting 30 of 31 games despite dealing with injury limitations. He was never just box-score filler; his game leaned on physicality, positioning, and defensive deterrence, plus enough touch to punish clean looks around the rim. If you want size, toughness, and a low-drama defensive anchor, he’s your kind of big.
