Jackson Weng brings size, big-play upside, and a proven track record to Idaho
In the 2026 season, Idaho WR Jackson Weng arrives as a 6-foot-2, 218-pound senior transfer with real downfield juice and production behind him: after developing at Mt. San Jacinto, he posted 100 catches for nearly 1,500 yards and 12 touchdowns over 21 games, including a 90-yard grab. He was a three-star recruit with an 82.0 rating and fits the “big target who can hurt you vertically” mold. For a team, that means immediate depth and splash-play potential — less finished product than polished veteran, but definitely a dude worth betting on.
