Radford freshman infielder Myla Russell brings bench depth and developmental upside
Myla Russell is a **5'6" right-handed freshman infielder** for Radford who appeared in **27 games in 2026** and was used primarily off the bench, giving the Highlanders a versatile, low-drama depth piece with room to grow.[4][5] Her current stat line was limited offensively in 2026, but her value is in roster flexibility, collegiate experience gained quickly as a first-year player, and the kind of infield coverage coaches trust when they need dependable energy and readiness.[2][4]
