David Walker brings polished guard production and mature scoring touch to Bakersfield
David Walker is a sturdy, productive guard who has already shown he can score efficiently and fill multiple roles for Bakersfield. In the 2021-22 season, he averaged 6.0 points and 1.8 rebounds per game while shooting 46% from the field, and he scored in double figures seven times, including a 20-point outing at UC San Diego. His calling card is a confident, balanced offensive game with proven college experience; the bigger question for a fit is whether a team wants a guard whose value comes more from steady all-around reliability than flashy shot-making or elite playmaking.
