Katelyn Flanders is Army’s senior ace with strikeout stuff and big-game poise
Flanders has emerged as one of the Patriot League’s top arms, earning 2025 All-Patriot League First Team honors after posting a 2.22 ERA, 84 strikeouts, and a league-low .209 opponent batting average in 2025. She backed that up in 2026 with a 1.17 ERA over 12.0 innings and a career-high 13-strikeout outing in a 10-inning battle against Colgate, showing stamina and competitiveness that play beyond the box score. Army also values her academic profile and consistency, with multiple academic honors and a reputation for handling heavy workloads and tight games.[1][2][3][4]
