Defensive-minded Texas guard who brings toughness and reliability
At Texas, Demarcus Holland stood out less for flashy scoring and more for **guard defense, ball pressure, and steady two-way effort**; in the 2015-16 season he averaged **7.1 points**, **82 assists**, and **28.7 minutes per game**, while also earning Big 12 All-Defensive recognition earlier in his Texas career. He profiles as the kind of player coaches trust for intensity, discipline, and matchup versatility—especially if your team needs a tough perimeter stopper who does the dirty work and keeps the offense organized.[8][9]
