Burrows brings strikeout juice to McNeese’s bullpen
Elliott Burrows is a right-handed arm who profiles as a bat-misser for McNeese, with 32 strikeouts in 27.0 innings during the 2026 season and a 10.7 K/9 reported by a transfer analysis piece. He’s shown the ability to work in meaningful spots, but the run prevention is still a work in progress after a 3.67 ERA and 0-1 record in 2026; the fit is intriguing for a staff needing live arms, especially if a team values intensity and swing-and-miss upside over polished command.
