Rock Caldwell brings length, versatility, and a rising role in Utah’s secondary
Rock Caldwell enters the 2026 season as a 6-foot-3, 190-pound fifth-year cornerback for Utah, and his calling card is obvious: rare size for the position, plus the flexibility to help at nickel and safety. In 2025, he played in 11 games and posted 8 tackles and 1 pass breakup, while Utah coaches and local coverage highlighted him as a steadying presence who can match up physically and support the run. The big tell: Utah’s staff views him as a legitimate 2026 impact piece, not just a depth guy.
