Ryan Gill gives NKU a steady left-handed look with starter-capable versatility
In the 2026 season, Ryan Gill has shown he can work in multiple roles for Northern Kentucky, including a scoreless eighth in a win over Eastern Illinois, 4.2 scoreless innings out of the pen against Wright State, and a longer relief stint versus Oakland without allowing a run. He’s a left-handed option who can settle games down and give the Norse innings when needed, though he’s also had some uneven outings as a starter. If you want a durable, matchup-friendly arm with value beyond the box score, Gill is worth a look.
