Jack Schierholz is battling for the QB job at UAPB with size, arm talent, and live-game upside
In the 2026 season, Jack Schierholz has already shown why Arkansas-Pine Bluff is giving him a real look: at 6-foot-3 and 225 pounds, he brings a sturdy frame, a pro-style build, and enough arm to hit chunk plays, but the early returns are still a work in progress. In the Sept. 3, 2026 game against Missouri, he went 4-for-10 for 67 yards and a touchdown, and reports from camp note he was in a quarterback competition after a scrimmage where he tossed two scores. If your team wants a developmental QB with measurable upside and a chance to grow into a starter, he’s worth the monitor.
