Morgan State freshman DB Donte Whitaker brings length, upside, and hometown edge
In the 2026 season, Donte Whitaker is a 6-foot-2, 175-pound freshman defensive back from Greenbelt, Maryland, giving Morgan State a long, local talent with clear developmental upside. His frame fits the modern coverage DB mold, and his background at Eleanor Roosevelt HS suggests he comes in with solid DMV-area pedigree. There’s limited public stat data so far, so the intrigue is mostly about projection: length, athletic profile, and the chance to grow into a versatile depth piece or special-teams contributor.
