Max Reese adds size and versatility, but Mississippi State’s 2025 tape was mostly quiet
In the 2025 season, Max Reese was a 6-foot-3, 250-pound redshirt junior tight end who gave Mississippi State a big-bodied, versatile target, but his on-field production was limited to 2 catches for 1 yard after a stronger 2024 at Eastern Michigan (27 catches, 232 yards, 2 TDs). He fits as a physical TE with blocking utility and enough receiving history to hint at more upside, but the recent stat line says he’s more role player than featured weapon right now.
