Hilltoppers' Lockdown Reliever with Elite JUCO Pedigree
Western Kentucky's graduate student RHP Sam Frizzi dominated in 2025, leading the team with 25 relief appearances after earning First-Team All-Delta honors at Southern Illinois; his Sacramento City career (2022/2024) boasts a stellar 2.31 ERA, 88 K's in 78 IP, and 1.04 WHIP across 29 outings. A 6-1 workhorse with pinpoint control and swing-and-miss stuff, Frizzi's high-intensity, reliable bullpen presence makes him a prime fit for teams needing late-inning stability—no injury red flags, just proven production that screams MLB draft upside.
