Micayla Silas brings defensive bite and crafty scoring to Milwaukee
Silas is a 5-9 junior guard for the Milwaukee Panthers who has carved out a role as an energetic, competitive perimeter defender with enough offensive craft to give coaches reasons to trust her. In the 2025-26 season, she has averaged 3.2 points, 1.2 rebounds, and 1.0 assists while shooting 32.2% from the field, and Milwaukee’s own staff described her as a “crafty scorer” who is “overly competitive.” She fits best as a hustle-first guard who can pressure the ball, make winning plays, and bring experience from a successful junior-college background.
