Nathan Phillips brings a sturdy, two-way arm and proven high-school swing-and-miss stuff to Mount St. Mary’s
Phillips enters Mount St. Mary’s as a physically mature **6-foot-2, 200-pound** right-hander with a strong prep résumé, including a **2025 Region 2D Pitcher of the Year** honor, a **2023 VHSL state championship**, and two no-hitters in his state-tournament run. He’s been praised for a **loose arm action** and the ability to **locate his fastball to both sides of the plate**, which points to starter upside rather than pure thrower traits. He did not appear in-game for the Mount in 2026, so his college value right now is more projection than production.
