Ava Beamesderfer brings strike-throwing upside and big-game poise to App State
In the 2025 season, Beamesderfer emerged as a useful rotation arm for App State, posting a 4-75 ERA over 53 innings with 30 strikeouts and a .268 opponent batting average, and she flashed her best when locked in: a 0.57 ERA across 12.1 innings at Georgia State and a complete-game win with just three hits allowed. The differentiator is her competitiveness and ability to settle in after early bumps, while her academic recognition also hints at maturity and discipline. She looks like a fit for teams wanting a composed, innings-eating right-hander with room to keep climbing.
