Malik Martin brings versatile two-way guard production to Rhode Island
In the 2022-23 season, Malik Martin averaged 5.6 points and 3.4 rebounds in 25 games with 10 starts for Rhode Island, and he flashed impact upside with a 17-point Atlantic 10 Championship game against Dayton.[4] ESPN lists him at 8.0 points, 4.6 rebounds and 44.2% shooting, showing a guard who contributes beyond scoring with size, rebounding and activity on defense.[2] At 6-foot-6, he offers a physical, multi-positional profile that can fit teams needing toughness, length and low-usage efficiency rather than a pure shot-creator.[3]
