Cody Goatley brings proven tackle production and edge-to-edge linebacker toughness to ETSU
Goatley’s appeal is consistency: after logging 60 tackles in 2022 and 53 more in 2023 at Murray State, he flashed at ETSU in 2024 with 10 tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss, two QB hurries and a pass breakup in eight games. He’s a 6-2, physical inside linebacker with a history of being around the ball, plus special-teams/value depth as a transfer who has already produced in multiple FCS programs.
