A&T’s 6'4" paint boss with a sneaky perimeter bite
In the 2025-26 season, Chaniya Clark has been a reliable two-way anchor for North Carolina A&T, averaging 12.9 points, 7.4 rebounds, and 1.6 blocks while earning first-team All-CAA and all-defensive honors.[2][11] The 6-foot-4 center—nicknamed “Baby Shaq”—brings interior size, rim protection, and a physical edge, but the fun wrinkle is that she can also stretch the floor, as shown by her two made 3-pointers in a career-high 26-point outing against Monmouth.[1][4] With 1,182 career points, 806 rebounds, and 146 blocks, she looks like the kind of high-motor, veteran post who makes a team tougher immediately.[2]
