freshman guard with upside and a quick path to minutes
In the 2025-26 season, Calan Denne is a first-year guard for Thomas College listed at 6'3" and has appeared in 1 game, averaging 2.0 minutes with no recorded points yet[1][2]. The intrigue is the profile: he brings size for a guard, a compact frame, and a high-school track record that hinted at all-around value, including efficient scoring and strong shooting touch, so he looks like a developmental piece rather than an instant stat-sheet star[9]. If you want a young guard who could grow into a steady two-way contributor with upside, Denne is a reasonable bet[2][9].
