Mark Salicco is a bullpen weapon with swing-and-miss life for High Point
In the 2026 season, Mark Salicco has been a useful relief arm for High Point, highlighted by a scoreless two-inning outing against Wake Forest with 4 strikeouts and another strong three-outing stretch in March that showed he can absorb traffic and still limit damage. The right-hander’s calling card is competitiveness: he attacks the zone, can miss bats, and has already been trusted in meaningful innings. At 6-foot-1 and 213 pounds, he brings a sturdy, physical build and late-inning profile that fits a team looking for a dependable bullpen piece.
