Leland Coleman brings length, rebounding punch, and efficient minutes off the bench for Columbia
In the 2025-26 season, Leland Coleman has been a low-usage but useful frontcourt piece for Columbia, appearing in 15 games off the bench while posting a season-high eight rebounds against Sarah Lawrence and showing he can chip in as a rebounder and passer in short stretches. He transferred from New Orleans, where in the 2024-25 season he averaged 16.8 minutes, shot 54.6% from the field, and dropped a career-high 21 points, so the upside is clear: a 6-foot-7 forward who plays hard, finishes efficiently, and can impact a game without needing the ball much.
