Sherwyn Devonish-Prince Jr.: Loyal, Academic Standout with Scoring Spark for Morgan State Bears

Sherwyn Devonish-Prince Jr., a gritty 6-1 guard, showcased his loyalty by sticking with Morgan State through a coaching change, averaging 8.1 points, 3.6 assists, and 3.0 rebounds in the 2020-21 season while erupting for 19 points in a comeback win over Towson; later transferring to Rogers State as a senior, he tallied 243 points, a team-high 89 assists, and earned CSC Academic All-District honors. His family-rooted basketball IQ, three-point shooting flair (highlighted by high school 5-treasure games), and calm-under-pressure demeanor make him a versatile, high-character fit for teams seeking intense, reliable playmakers.
