Gary Grant brings veteran poise and two-way upside to Mississippi Valley State
Gary Grant’s current Mississippi Valley State fit is intriguing because he profiles as a versatile guard who can impact the game beyond scoring; available college and pro references show a long, durable basketball background, and his recent St. Mary’s season line included 26 assists, 20 steals, and eight blocks, hinting at active hands and defensive disruption. In a roster context, he looks like the kind of player coaches trust for toughness, energy, and connective playmaking rather than empty-volume numbers. If your team needs a reliable, competitive backcourt piece with defensive instincts and a steady temperament, he’s a name worth caring about.
