Jake Tiryakioglu is a deep-bench QB with Washington State upside
Jake Tiryakioglu enters the 2026 season as a redshirt sophomore quarterback at Washington State with a prototypical frame at 6-1 and 208 pounds, plus a local Seattle pedigree from Eastside Catholic. His college resume is still extremely light—he did not appear in a game in 2024 or 2025—but that also means the evaluation is about traits and projection, not stat-padding. He was a strong high school producer, throwing for 1,769 yards and 20 touchdowns in 2023, and his value is as a developmental, system-fit QB who could grow into a steady, high-floor option if his processing and consistency keep trending up.
