Portland State guard Ian Burke brings low-mistake, high-IQ depth
Ian Burke is a steady backcourt piece for Portland State whose best calling card is discipline: in his PSU career, he has committed only 24 turnovers in 54 games, and he earned a team-high 29 minutes per game in the 2021-22 season[1]. He also showed rebound toughness with a career-high 10 boards in a game and a 5.0-point, 3.5-rebound average during the 2020-21 waiver season[1]. He looks like a fit for a team that values dependable minutes, defensive reliability, and a guard who won’t beat himself.
