Hunter Miller is USI’s steady senior bat — and lately, a hot one
In the 2026 season, Southern Indiana outfielder Hunter Miller has been one of the Screaming Eagles’ most reliable contact hitters, including a team-best .455 average in OVC play and a recent stretch where he hit .615 over six games. He pairs a proven track record with a .317 average in 2025 and has shown extra-base pop and run production, while also bringing a mature, senior presence after transferring in from South Carolina Beaufort. He looks like a fit for teams needing a polished, left-handed bat who can lengthen the lineup and handle pressure without getting fancy.
