Jalen Slawson brings two-way versatility and high-end defensive instincts
Slawson is a frontcourt connector who impacts winning with length, playmaking, and activity: in Furman’s 2022-23 season he averaged 14.4 points, 7.4 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 2.5 steals, and 1.7 blocks per game, a rare all-around profile for a forward. He capped his Furman career ranked among the program’s all-time leaders in points, rebounds, steals, assists, and blocks, and he was named the Southern Conference Male Athlete of the Year. If you want a switchable, high-motor forward who can defend, pass, and make smart plays, he fits the mold well.[3][4][6]
